Warranty

All TTYs and assistive device products come with a limited one-year warranty (excluding damage caused by accidents, misuse or abuse) unless otherwise stated. Items shipped prepaid to us will be replaced or repaired.

Assistive Device Refund or Exchange Policy

Before you return a product, please call for a Return Authorization Number to help us expedite our service to you.

We will gladly provide a refund or exchange within 30 days if you are not completely satisfied with an assistive device product. The item must be in the original carton and in "like new" condition to receive a refund. An exchange or in-store credit will be issued if these criteria are not met. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for returns. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Specialty Item Refund or Exchange Policy

Videos and CD-ROMs cannot be returned for refund or exchange. All books and posters may be returned within 15 days of receipt if they are still in new condition.
